Fruity Oatmeal Muffins
1 cup Flour
1 cup Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
1 tbs Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla
¼ cup Oil
½ cup Milk
½ cup Agave or Maple Syrup
1 cup Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl whisk together dry ingredients. In another bowl combine Milk, Oil, Vanilla, and Agave or Maple Syrup. Stir in fruit of choice to dry ingredients, then add in wet ingredients. Mix well, Pour batter into prepared muffin tins about 1/2 full. Bake for 20 minutes.
